Principle

Kadryn relies on specialized providers to deliver a reliable, secure and maintainable SaaS service.

Some providers are used by default for service infrastructure. Others are involved only when a feature, integration or provider is enabled by the customer.

Infrastructure and hosting

These providers may process technical data necessary for hosting, storage, application execution, databases or service availability.

  • Vercel — application hosting, deployment, edge/networking and application execution.
  • Neon or managed PostgreSQL — application database and structured storage.
  • Upstash Redis — cache, secondary storage or technical mechanisms related to sessions, queues or performance.
  • Amazon Web Services S3 — object storage, exports, attachments or technical files where this feature is enabled.

Payment, email and operations

These providers may process information necessary for billing, transactional emails, notifications, support and service administration.

  • Stripe — payments, subscriptions, invoices, taxes, payment methods and billing events.
  • Resend and Amazon SES — transactional email delivery, verification, security, support, billing or product notifications.
  • Sentry — error monitoring, technical diagnostics, application traces and service stability.
  • Inngest — job orchestration, workflows, retries, digests and background processing.

AI providers and customer-enabled integrations

Certain providers are used only if the customer configures or enables the corresponding features.

The customer remains responsible for the data it chooses to transmit to those services through Kadryn or through its own keys and configurations.

  • OpenAI — AI provider where compatible features are enabled.
  • Google AI — AI provider where compatible features are enabled.
  • Groq — AI provider where compatible features are enabled.
  • Slack — notifications, alerts, digests or workflows where the Slack integration is connected by the customer.
  • Google OAuth — social authentication if the user chooses this sign-in method.

Changes to the list

The list may evolve to reflect technical changes, new providers, new regions, new features or provider replacements.

Material changes will be reflected on this page or communicated by an appropriate means where required by the applicable contract.
