Savings and post-change measurement
Understand Kadryn product measurement states without turning measured outcomes into causal ROI or independent audit claims.
Kadryn keeps modeled/estimated values, applied changes, observed/measured outcomes, and workflow confirmation distinct.
What are the public measurement states?
The claim-safe public wording is:
Modeled / Estimated → Applied Change → Observed / Measured Outcome → Workflow Confirmed
These are Product measurement concepts. They do not define Growth analytics events, assignment, exposure, or experiment milestones.
What does modeled or estimated mean?
A modeled or estimated value represents pre-change analysis or an estimate. It is not a realized financial result and does not guarantee what will happen after implementation.
What does observed or measured outcome mean?
An observed or measured outcome records post-change product evidence. A post-change observed or measured outcome does not establish causal ROI by itself.
Causal business claims require an additional defensible method rather than an automatic upgrade from observation to causation.
What does workflow confirmed mean?
Workflow confirmation means the result has reached the relevant confirmation state in Kadryn’s workflow. It is not an independently audited financial ROI conclusion.
What should not be inferred?
- Modeled or estimated value ≠ realized outcome.
- Observed/measured outcome ≠ causal ROI.
- Workflow confirmed ≠ independent ROI audit.
- Product measurement state ≠ Growth analytics event.
- Synthetic/demo provenance ≠ customer evidence.
